The Training Contract
You sign a training contract with your future employee and have it registered with the IHK.
After registration, we handle all the necessary steps for obtaining a visa and work permit.
We organize the travel arrangements for the trainees to your location. We advise and support you in the integration of the trainees.

What you, as a training company, need to provide?
Compensation according to the tariff agreement applicable to your industry, with a minimum of €1,050 in the first year of training.
You assist the trainee in finding suitable accommodation.
We recommend having at least two trainees per company.

What costs will you incur?
Our services are initially free and non-binding. A fee is only charged after the trainee has started their training.
